As we approach the end of 2025, we are proud to reflect on a year filled with major achievements, innovation, and recognition across the Leafield Environmental family. From award-winning international success to exciting new product launches, 2025 has showcased the very best of British design and manufacturing.
Honoured with The King’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade
One of the standout moments of the year was receiving The King’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade, one of the highest honours granted to UK businesses.
In June, our Managing Director Phil Maddox travelled to Windsor Castle to meet His Majesty King Charles III, representing the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
Then, on Friday 17th October, we proudly welcomed the Lord-Lieutenant of Wiltshire to our Corsham headquarters, where Phil was formally presented with the Award during a fantastic celebration attended by employees, customers, suppliers, and local representatives.
This recognition is a true testament to our continued growth, global partnerships, and commitment to British-made innovation.
Innovation Across All Divisions
2025 has also been an exceptional year for product development, with major launches across our brands:
Leafield Recycling
We launched the EnviroPlex Recycling Bin Range, designed in full alignment with the UK’s Simpler Recycling legislation. Stylish, WRAP-compliant, and versatile for both indoor and outdoor use, helping councils and organisations increase recycling participation and reduce contamination.
Amberol
Amberol introduced the Amberveil Living Screen, a new modular system combining planting, sustainability and placemaking. Ideal in hospitality venues, schools, and town centres, Amberveil enhances spaces while supporting wellbeing and outdoor interaction.
Leafield Cases
Our Aegis system evolved further with the introduction of new modular sizes, expanding the flexibility of our protective transit cases for defence, emergency response, medical and industrial applications worldwide. Built to protect mission-critical equipment in the toughest environments.
These innovations demonstrate our ongoing commitment to designing products that support safer, cleaner, and better-connected communities.
A Greener Approach to Manufacturing
This year also marked a significant milestone in our sustainability journey with the installation of solar power on the roof of our manufacturing plant.
This investment has helped us:
- Reduce energy consumption from the national grid
- Lower our carbon footprint
- Decrease our operational energy costs
A long-term commitment to improving the environmental impact of our business and the products we proudly make in the UK.
